CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 212(JUD) "An Act relating to trusts,                                          
including trust protectors, trustee advisors, transfers of property in                              
trust, and transfers of trust interests, and to creditors' claims against                           
property subject to a power of appointment" was read the second time.                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis
